Can coloured or bleached hair be treated?
Colour alone does not determine suitability. Tell your stylist about previous bleaching, colouring, straightening and other chemical services. They should assess the hair and complete the testing required by the selected product before proceeding.
How long will the result last?
Results vary with the treatment, hair condition and home-care routine. Your stylist can explain what to expect from your chosen service, recommend aftercare and help plan maintenance for your hair.
Do I need a clarifying shampoo or neutraliser?

Are there any suitability restrictions?
