Application Procedure
Do not wash hair prior to treatment unless visibly dirty or there is heavy product buildup.

1. Section the Hair: Lightly mist the hair with water until it's 10–20% damp. Divide the hair into 4–6 sections for easier application.
2. Apply the Product: Shake the bottle well. Apply the product section by section, from root to tip, keeping a 1cm distance from the scalp. Use a fine-tooth comb to ensure even distribution.
3. Processing Time: Cover the hair with a plastic cap. Leave the product on for 45 to 90 minutes, depending on hair density, texture, and porosity. No heat is required during this stage.
4. Rinse Lightly: Rinse out only the excess product, leaving approximately 10–20% in the hair.
5. Blow-Dry Completely: Dry the hair 100% using a blow-dryer. Use a blow-dry brush if needed to smooth the strands.
6. Flat Iron: Set the flat iron between 180°C–230°C, depending on hair type, colour, curl pattern, thickness, and density. Iron thin sections 10–15 times each for optimal sealing.
7. Optional Finish:
   
   • Same-day wash: After ironing, rinse the hair thoroughly. Apply KSP Neutraliser, leave for 5–10 minutes, rinse again, and dry completely.
   • Wash after 3 days: Use KSP Smooth Shampoo & Conditioner or a professional sulphate-free alternative. Ensure hair is 100% dry after washing for best results.
