How to use:
*Do not wash hair unless it has visible dirt or heavy product buildup.
1. Sectioning Hair: Spray a small amount of water to moisten the hair — about 10–20% damp. Divide the hair into 4 to 6 sections for easy application.
2. Apply Product: Shake the bottle well and apply section by section, from root to tip, keeping a 1cm distance from the scalp. Use a fine-tooth comb to distribute the product evenly.
3. Processing Time: Cover the hair with a plastic cap and leave for 45 to 90 minutes, depending on hair density, texture, and porosity. No heat needed at this period.
4. Rinse Lightly: Rinse off only the excess product, leaving about 10–20% in the hair.
5. Blow-Dry Fully: Dry the hair 100% using a hairdryer. If needed, use Blow-dry brush to smooth the hair.
6. Flat Iron: Heat the flat iron at a temperature ranging from 180 °C to 230°C depending on the quality of the hair, colour, degree of curly, thickness, and density of the strands. Iron thin sections 10–15 times each section.
7. Optional Finish: For same-day wash, apply KSP Neutraliser to hair immediately after ironing, leave it on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely. If opting to wash later, wait three days and use a professional sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. Ensure the hair is dried 100% to reveal the best final result.
